It’s Easier Than You Think

I feel better:
When I get out in the sun for a bit.
When I don’t compare myself to others.
When I get enough sleep.
When I make my bed in the morning — it’s a gift my future self.
When I eat good food and drink water at room temperature.
When I run the dishwasher every night before bed and unload it in the morning while the coffee is brewing.
When I declutter and donate anything that doesn’t bring me joy.
When I wear clothes that feel nice on my body and are flattering.
When I write in my journal and do something creative.
When I let go of the past and live in the present.
When I reach out for help if I need it.
When I exercise a little bit.
When I make boundaries and keep them.
When I walk away from toxic situations that hurt me.
When I let others truly love me.
What am I missing? What things make you feel better. List them in the comments.
